Twice the size and nearly three times the weight of the Micro, the Mini Pro provides more versatility and space for serious Lagree Method movements. The Mini Pro delivers a low-impact, high-intensity full-body workout that builds muscular strength, endurance, and core strength, all while improving balance and flexibility.

With a larger platform that the Micro, the Mini Pro’s platform provides more areas to place the feet and hands during pressing movements. The Mini Pro’s angling technology makes its first-ever debut with the launch of the Mini, providing you with six platform positions: Flat, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°. The platform can also be used in a full vertical lift as a handlebar. With the platform lifted, users can perform many of the most effective and intense exercises in the Lagree Fitness repertoire.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MINI AND MINI PRO:

The Mini Pro’s carriage is longer, coming in at the same size as the carriage of the Megaformer. This design is intended for taller users (those 6’4” and over).
